• other information relevant to customer transactions (excluding payment details) such as seat allocation.

The information obtained will be used to:

• Process your application for the ballot/purchase of tickets
• If you have opted to be contacted from time to time about other similar types of events taking place which you may be interested in, your data will be retained and used for this purpose.
• We welcome feedback on the ticketing system and may within six months of the purchase of tickets/ballot ask for your valued opinions. If you do not wish to be contacted, please indicate when entering the ballot or purchasing tickets.

Disclosing your information

We will not share your information with any other organisation for commercial purposes.

You may request at any time, details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 2018.
