Tickets cannot be refunded (unless the Parade is cancelled or rescheduled) so please check your tickets carefully on receipt and contact us immediately if you have any queries. We are not liable for lost, destroyed or stolen tickets and cannot always replace them. Please take special care of printed or electronic tickets as duplicates cannot be issued under any circumstances.
Tickets are not transferable and their resale for profit or commercial gain (except by the Household Division) or use in auctions, promotions or packages without the express permission of the Household Division is prohibited and may render them void.
You must produce a valid ticket to attend the Parade; altering your ticket in any way by any means WILL render it void.
Please note loud music or noise can damage hearing.
The unauthorised commercial use of cameras, video or sound recording equipment is prohibited at the event and such items may be confiscated.
By attending the event you consent to being filmed / recorded as part of the audience for security and broadcast without payment.
You expressly understand and agree that in no event shall this site, including its affiliates and licensors, be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, and any damages for loss of profits, savings, goodwill or other intangible losses, regardless of whether this site had been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with: (a) the use, inability to use or performance of any of the services of this site, or (b) any unauthorised access to or modification to any of your content or transmissions, or (c) any other matter relating to this site or any of the services.
We attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site at any one time is accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that it will be fault free and we cannot be responsible for goods and services offered by us as agents for third parties or for any aspect of the relationship between you and that third party.
We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions and reserve the right to change any of the information found at this site at any time without notice. We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or the inability to use the web site or for any products or services purchased from the web site. We will only be liable for direct loss (save in the case of death or personal injury in respect of which there is no limit) up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased. Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in England. English law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from us.
These terms contain the entire agreement between you and The Household Division relating to your purchase. The invalidity or enforceability of any term shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any of the other terms.
You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of booking, ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product or service. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform us. Confirmation of receipt of your order by e-mail, does not guarantee the ticket sale. Credit card sales will be encrypted.
In accordance with UK legislation, it is an offence to smoke in all enclosed public spaces.
Dogs are not permitted on the premises, with the exception of Guide and Assistance Dogs.
Any disruption of horses or soldiers on Parade or spectators will not be permitted.
Please take care of all personal property brought onto the premises.
All payment for The Kings Birthday Parade Events are handled by the ticketing service provider SPIKA Ltd. SPIKA Ltd are contracted and authorised to manage payments for these events on behalf of The Kings Birthday Parade Events, and have full operation rights to do so.
The name SPIKA Ltd will therefore appear on customer bank statements.
