You expressly understand and agree that: (a) this site and any of the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and that this site makes no warranties, representations or conditions (as used in this section "warranties") of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement and that any such warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed, and (b) this site specifically makes no warranties that a it or any of its services, including any content, information, products or services obtained from or through the use of this site or any of the services, will be provided on an uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free basis or that such services or the results derived therefrom will meet your requirements or expectations.

TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Household Division reserves the right to:

• make reasonable and necessary alterations to the advertised programme and participants.
• cancel or abandon the Parade without notice and without liability for compensation or damage other than up to a maximum of the ticket price.
• restrict ticket sales to a maximum number per person and/or household and cancel any tickets purchased in excess of this.
• refuse admission to, or remove you from the Horse Guards area in reasonable circumstances - such as the refusal of security checks or if security staff consider that your behaviour may adversely affect other people's enjoyment of the event – and without a refund.
• confiscate prohibited items – such as items that may potentially be used as a weapon - in accordance with its policies. If in any doubt please check with the Household Division and/or Metropolitan Police before attending.
• You may also be refused admission for not having the correct attire for the event. Please ensure you conform to the dress code, refer to the 'What to Wear' section of the website or the booking confirmation email.
• refuse entry should you fail to arrive at the correct entrance point or arrive late. You will be redirected to the correct or alternative entrance point.
• require latecomers to wait until a suitable break in the Parade before being admitted through an entrance point as directed.
• provide alternative seating to tickets held should there be a requirement for unavoidable seating changes.

Tickets cannot be refunded (unless the Parade is cancelled or rescheduled) so please check your tickets carefully on receipt and contact us immediately if you have any queries. We are not liable for lost, destroyed or stolen tickets and cannot always replace them. Please take special care of printed or electronic tickets as duplicates cannot be issued under any circumstances.

Tickets are not transferable and their resale for profit or commercial gain (except by the Household Division) or use in auctions, promotions or packages without the express permission of the Household Division is prohibited and may render them void.

You must produce a valid ticket to attend the Parade; altering your ticket in any way by any means WILL render it void.

Please note loud music or noise can damage hearing.

The unauthorised commercial use of cameras, video or sound recording equipment is prohibited at the event and such items may be confiscated.

By attending the event you consent to being filmed / recorded as part of the audience for security and broadcast without payment.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You expressly understand and agree that in no event shall this site, including its affiliates and licensors, be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, and any damages for loss of profits, savings, goodwill or other intangible losses, regardless of whether this site had been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with: (a) the use, inability to use or performance of any of the services of this site, or (b) any unauthorised access to or modification to any of your content or transmissions, or (c) any other matter relating to this site or any of the services.

We attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site at any one time is accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that it will be fault free and we cannot be responsible for goods and services offered by us as agents for third parties or for any aspect of the relationship between you and that third party.

We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions and reserve the right to change any of the information found at this site at any time without notice. We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or the inability to use the web site or for any products or services purchased from the web site. We will only be liable for direct loss (save in the case of death or personal injury in respect of which there is no limit) up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased. This liability section only applies to the extent permitted by law.

JURISDICTION

Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in England. English law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from us.

These terms contain the entire agreement between you and The Household Division relating to your purchase. The invalidity or enforceability of any term shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any of the other terms.

USE OF THIS WEBSITE

You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of booking, ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product or service. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform us. Confirmation of receipt of your order by e-mail, does not guarantee the ticket sale. Credit card sales will be encrypted.

SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT

In accordance with UK legislation, it is an offence to smoke in all enclosed public spaces.

Dogs are not permitted on the premises, with the exception of Guide and Assistance Dogs.

Any disruption of horses or soldiers on Parade or spectators will not be permitted.

Please take care of all personal property brought onto the premises.

EVENT PAYMENT

All payment for The Kings Birthday Parade Events are handled by the ticketing service provider SPIKA Ltd. SPIKA Ltd are contracted and authorised to manage payments for these events on behalf of The Kings Birthday Parade Events, and have full operation rights to do so.

The name SPIKA Ltd will therefore appear on customer bank statements.
